Support for what feels difficult right now.

Thoughtful therapy for life’s emotional and relational challenges.

THERAPY • SUPPORT • HEALING

What do you want your life to look like?

For 35 years, I have had the privilege of witnessing the incredible capacity people have for healing, growth, and meaningful change. I believe therapy is a collaborative process—one that offers a safe, supportive space to better understand yourself, heal from past experiences, and create the changes you want in your life.

Life’s challenges can influence how we see ourselves, manage emotions, and connect with others. Our early childhood experiences and attachment relationships can shape our sense of safety, self-worth, emotional regulation, and expectations in relationships. These patterns often continue into adulthood, sometimes outside of our awareness, affecting how we respond to stress, conflict, intimacy, and major life transitions.

Whether you are struggling with the impact of past experiences, relationship challenges, stress, or a significant life transition, therapy can provide an opportunity to pause, gain perspective, and move forward in a more intentional way.

Together, we will gently explore the patterns holding you back. By building deeper self-awareness and new skills, you will learn to navigate change confidently and create a more fulfilling, connected life true to who you are.

My approach:

My style is warm and interactive, and I actively engage with you rather than simply listening. Therapy with me is grounded in an understanding of the connection between the brain and body and how this relationship influences our emotional responses, stress reactions, and patterns of relating. I integrate psychoeducation with practical, evidence-informed techniques such as EMDR, talk and somatic therapies, helping you understand your internal reactions, regulate stress, and develop healthier and more effective ways of responding to life’s challenges.

Areas of Focus

Trauma, Adverse Life Experiences & PTSD

Trauma, Adverse Life Experiences & PTSD

Trauma and adverse life experiences can have lasting effects on how we think, feel, relate to others, and respond to stress. I help you understand these experiences and how they may contribute to anxiety, emotional distress, relationship difficulties, or symptoms of PTSD. Through a compassionate, collaborative approach, we work to process past experiences, reduce emotional and physical reactivity, and develop greater resilience, safety, and a sense of well-being.
Anxiety

Anxiety

Anxiety can affect your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and ability to fully engage in daily life. I help you understand the underlying causes of anxiety, recognize patterns that keep it going, and develop effective tools for managing stress and uncomfortable reactions. Together, we work toward greater emotional regulation, confidence, and a stronger sense of calm and control.
Self-Esteem & Self-Worth

Self-Esteem & Self-Worth

Low self-esteem and self-worth can shape how we see ourselves, our relationships, and what we believe we deserve. I help you explore the experiences and patterns that may have contributed to self-doubt, self-criticism, or feeling “not enough.” Together, we work to develop a more compassionate and realistic view of yourself, strengthen confidence, and build a greater sense of self-worth.
Burnout

Burnout

Burnout can leave you feeling emotionally drained, overwhelmed, disconnected, and unable to keep up with the demands of daily life. I help you understand the underlying sources of stress, recognize patterns that contribute to exhaustion, and develop healthier ways to manage responsibilities and restore balance. Together, we work toward renewed energy, clarity, resilience, and a greater sense of fulfillment.
Life Transitions

Life Transitions

Life transitions—whether joyful, unexpected, or difficult—can bring uncertainty, stress, and a shift in how we see ourselves and our lives. Adjusting to changes such as welcoming a new baby, starting a new job, moving, retirement, illness, loss, or changes in relationships can challenge our sense of stability and identity. I help you navigate these transitions with greater clarity and resilience, while developing healthy ways to adapt, find balance, and create a meaningful sense of direction in the next chapter of life.

Working through trauma, anxiety, and painful patterns can create more room for clarity, stability, and change.
